I bought this for my youngest child on her first birthday. I thought it would be fun for her to hear the birthday song and practice blowing out candles.This toy is very cute and just the right size for little hands. My daughter enjoys hearing the song and pushing all the buttons. Even my two older kids enjoyed playing with it (5 & 9).It has a number of functions, and I didn’t realize that you can choose how many candles light up, so it’s great for kids turning ages 1-5. The blowing out function works fairly well, but my kids put their mouths pretty close to do it. The volume is a bit louder than needed, but it’s not annoying. One thing I’ll mention is that the voice that says Happy Birthday is kind of little kiddish. It’s not baby talk or anything, but it’s definitely supposed to sound like a child.Overall, I’m very pleased with this toy. It’s not something my kids play with every day, but they enjoy picking it up and playing with it when it’s bright too kind. It was perfect for my one year old, and I think most little kids would enjoy getting it out for birthdays. I recommend it.

My grandson loved it! Just the right size

Smaller than I anticipated, it can fit in the palm of an adult hand, but still super cute and it has an on and off switch! Don’t forget batteries as those are not included. It needs 3 AA batteries.

It’s small and easy to carry for my grandson who will be turning 2 this year.

Love how you can actually blow the candles out. Great way to teach little ones so they are ready to blow their own candles out on their birthday. You do have to blow on a certain spot to get them to go out. It holds up great seeing Hows my little one has dropped it and it hasn't broken. It has the birthday song but its not sang in words, I wish it did sing the words it would help teach her the song so I was a little disappointed with that but over all your little ones will enjoy this.

I bought this for my adult son so that he could share it with his baby daughter. Though it was not age appropriate for either of them, they both had fun playing with it and laughed when they found that they could blow out the candles.
