Hello. The InterAct multiplayer adapter for PlayStation comes with an attached cord that you plug into the controller port on your PlayStation console.

Q: Does this work for ps2?

It works on a PS2 machine but only when playing PS1 games. And the PS2 Multitap will not work when playing PS1 games. So if you have 4 player PS1 and PS2 games you need both multitaps.
