It's a great phone, very good. I just updated it to Android 13. I've been using it for several months now and I totally recommend it. Bought two XR20s in late 2020 for my wife and I. She has two SIM cards in hers and I have 128GB mini disc in mine. I take a lot of pics and this unit works wonderfully. Durability? If I didn't drop mine once a day, I must not have been doing anything. With the provided protective case and screen protector, I never had one issue. I saved a lot of music on it too so I could play it out in the desert, where this is no signal. I would play music twelve hours easily along with all the other things you do with a phone. Battery would continue to make an overnight charge last 24 hours of use. I had no problem with the fingerprint reader and the camera worked fine for me. Just show it what you want to focus on and it sets the focus and exposure for the perfect shot.Unfortunately, after well over FOUR YEARS of use and abuse, the screen died,,,, I mean it just went blank. Four years is pretty good for any phone I've had. And I've been using mobile phones for 30 years. Overall, I was satisfied and my wife is still using hers for work and pleasure.

the first one bent with frightening ease and then started self navigating.the second one forced itself into SOS mode and called the police by itself when there was no emergency. now I have no idea if me, my daughter or my daughter in law will survive the night given how trigger happy the local police are. seriously they don't care what color you are, they have a long history murder, R*** and violence and this product just sent for them. all by itself. even with google assistant shut off and the emergency button disabled last we knew. then again with that update that rendered it useless it might have defaulted the button setting. the wacky thing is that nobody was touching it at the time it was sitting on the table and freaked out for no discernible reason.if we survive the night this phone has a date with a pick axe. I'm not letting a device with a mind of its own trying to kill my daughter and her wife or worse cause this AI riddled phone thinks this is Maximum overdrive or the terminator or something stupid like that.don't buy this device, it will get you killed. it not only has an app for that but an easily pressable button that can be triggered by accident or by itself apparently and if it is even slightly damaged the screen wont let you cancel it.I have no idea why any company would make an emergency only function so easily trippable during normal operation and impossible to cancel if the device is so much as one degree out of spec. selling such a device in the states is irresponsible to the level of willful negligent homicide as they should know that even a welfare check from american police can get you shot through your window. I don't know how you do things in finland where nokia is made but I'm 100% certain you don't need a button that summons the police when the phone wants hot cocoa or something in that country.

I've been looking for a Nokia forever. glad i found one. it is awesome.

Fingerprint reader - it will read anything warm as a fingerprint attemptFunctionality - updates are fine, but sometimes when I try to leave an app it gets stuck. & sometimes, the screen won't turn on cause it takes a few seconds to register my fingerprint or load idkBattery life - it lasts multiple days on one charge for meCamera - heckin sucks buddy, things are super pixelated and uglier than they should beBrightness - bright flashlight, bright screen, screen dimmerFeatures - it does bare minimum of what I need it to doValue - probably won't buy again cause it's so bulky and the camera really sucks

I bought my Refurbished Nokia xr20 for more than a year now. Till now no problem at all.
