Non-stick Cake Pan Side Liner, Pre-Cut Parchment Paper Strip, 2.75 in x 164 ft, makes baking easier. This parchment paper is cut in a narrow strip for use in round cake pans, sheet trays ,and spring form pans. The strip makes removal of your baked item from the baking pan easy as it's non-stick. The parchment paper is heat resistant up to 450 ℉ / 230 ℃, and it is oven and microwave safe.The strip comes in a small dispenser box with a slot. You just pull out the length you need for your pan, tear it off, and place the strip in the pan. It is so easy to use. No need to trim a large sheet of parchment paper into strips to line the sides of baking pans. This parchment strip is 2.75" wide and will fit up to an 8" pan. A wider 3.15" strip will fit a larger, deeper 10" pan.This parchment strip makes clean-up easier too. The sides of the baking pan won't need any soaking or scrubbing to clean it. I have found using the strip, as well as a parchment round in the bottom of the pan, helps ensure that I can remove my baked item from the pan with no sticking and that I don't have a messy pan to clean later. It is a handy item to have in my kitchen and is easy to use.

I like the idea of having these on hand for future baking projects. That is my favorite thing to do.

This is the perfect height for my cheesecake pan. It easily goes around the inside of the pan and when I tighten the pan it does not crinkle too much.

I used the paper for inside of cake pans and it was a good experience. It even allowed me to put extra batter into the pans for more even baking
