Don't buy lemon flavour it tastes like mosquito oil buy the other flavour it tastes good the product is over all a solid 9.5/10 for hair but I don't recommend lemon flavour everytime I drink it it makes me vomit 🤢this is my first and last time buying lemon flavour, gonna stick with gooseberry
