I LOVE IT
I got this computer to replace an older HP that had gotten slow and lacked Bluetooth. It works better than I could have hoped! The keyboard is excellent. A responsive keyboard is very important to me, and this one does not disappoint. Connected to Wi-Fi effortlessly, Bluetooth is a breeze. I find very few differences between WIN 10 on my old laptop to the WIN 11 here. I highly recommend it! My main use is leisure - email, some minimal graphic and video creation, and surfing the Internet. This little gem keeps up with my multitasking easily.

Great Value
I was looking for a compact, light laptop that I could travel with and work remotely from. This laptop works as advertised and I have not had any issues.

Good laptop, but awful screen.
This is a decent basic laptop, it is lightweight and has enough power for all the average tasks. However, the screen is terrible, it is an IPS panel, but the colors are subpar, even if calibrated. It seems as to offer a lower price, something had to make the cut and in this case, it was the panel.

Purchased for a 12 year old for school. Extremely satisfied. Liked that the Processer is quick. I thought it may have been lighter.

This is a great laptop for the price. it's great for work and some gaming

bad fan processor
If it had been quality tested they would have seen that it had a bad fan processor - I not only paid almost 16$ to return it, but 200$ for my I.T. person to try to transfer my data from old to new.........not just the hours wasted! It took a week to get a refund. There wasn't an issue with the refund, just more time.Disappointed with whoever was in charge of quality control.
