baleaf Men's 7" Running Shorts with Mesh Liner Zipper Pocket for Athletic Workout Gym

I love these workout shorts! I bought two pairs, and liked them so much that I bought a third pair. I'm a 34 waist, and the size Medium fits perfectly. The material is very lightweight and quick-drying, and the interior liner provides just the right amount of support. I was initially concerned that the inseam would be too long (I'm a runner, and tend to like slightly shorter inseams to allow freedom of movement), but the material is so lightweight that I barely notice it. Also, my wife says that these look a lot better than some of my shorter-inseam running shorts.The back pocket is not quite big enough to comfortably carry my phone (Galaxy S4), but it works great for carrying keys, some cash, or some energy bar pouches.I just wish they would make these in more colors. I've got one in each color, and I would probably buy a couple more if they had more colors.PS> I paid full price for them. I did not receive them for free or get a discount.

I was look for shorts with a built in non-compression liner. These are perfect for that usage. Sizing is good and very comfortable to wear.

I've ran in these shorts a few times already and so far they are still holding up. The material feels good and lightweight, as expected for running shorts. I originally ordered the 5" Baleaf shorts, but they were too sort for my preference. These sit just above the knee on me (I'm just under 6 feet, FYI). They have two side pockets, with no zippers, and one zippered pocket in the back. The back pocket is about 4" long and 5.5" at the widest part, as it tapers towards the bottom. It seems to be meant for small items only (keys, small mp3 players, etc.). For reference, I have an iPhone 6, with a case, and it does not fit in the back pocket. But based on the dimensions of the phone itself, it should fit without the case. You may have to shove it in there though. I haven't tried it, as I don't like running with my phone anyway.On my first run with these, I tested them out with just the included inner liner. I usually run with compression shorts underneath, but wanted to see how these compared. Unfortunately, the inner liner was not as supportive. Not a big deal for me though. I personally like things not to jump around while I run, so like other reviewers, I cut out the liner and continued running with compression shorts. The liner was surprisingly tough to cut though!They also ride up in the middle/crotch area, but that seems to be the case for all lightweight/running shorts, based on what I've read. Less so with compression shorts, but there's still some ride-up. So I won't hold that against these. Aside from the included liner not "holding" up, these shorts are pretty good overall.

Very comfortable for running, hiking and/or working out. I have a few pairs. They are durable, fit well and look pretty good.

These shorts are light weight and comfortable. I love the back pocket for keeping my house key in while I run. The 7" is perfect length for me. I don't like to show off to much leg but I also don't want these hanging down below my knee either.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Well made, lightweight shorts with a interior mesh liner that keeps the boys in place. I got these for kickboxing and I love that they're a bit roomier in the thighs to allow for a great range of motion.Note: if you want these for running and are expecting to fit your phone in the back pocket....the pocket runs very small and I doubt your phone would fit.These do run a tad bit big, so keep that in mind. I'm 6'5, 240lbs and got the XL where I sometimes am a XXL in other manufacturers. But in these the XL fits great.I immediately ordered 3 more pairs.Great kickboxing shorts for a bargain!UPDATE:I ordered another pair of these in my typical XL (I own 4 XL and they fit perfectly). Well Thai XL came and the waste is about 2" bigger than the previous ones. See photo. Both of these are supposedly the same size.Returning the red pair for a refund.

I was shopping for inexpensive shorts with a liner. These indeed met my criteria. I am very satisfied with the fit.

They aren't going to fall off, but the fit is a little large. If I wear these for a long run on a hot day, I might need to wear a speedo underneath to keep the kids on the porch, but for the typical < hour workout, it'll be fine. The fabric is good - not heavy, not tissue thin; the fit is a little baggy, the pockets are all good - but I don't use the pockets during my workout.
