wrong product sent and very very bad packaging

The product in the image shows a square black bush but what I got was different. Nothing to be concerned about but if an image is shown, I expect the product to be as shown in the image.The holes are 2 inches apart. This is not mentioned in the descriptionPACKAGING:Felt like the seller didn't have any packing left so he/she got whichever box was available and sent the product in that. The carton box was wet (not damp but wet) and was covered with cello tape to make up for the poor quality of the box.Product (Bought the 4inch height raiser):PROS:1. The finish of the product is good. Not sure about rusting over time. Will have to check2. The height of the product is 4 inches including the bush.CONS:1. The product has two parts welded together. 1 flat plate and 1 cuboid piece to give height. It is only welded in 2 spots (Check the image for clarity). Not suitable for heavy objects like beds and bed frames as dragging the bed can possibly break the weld.Detecting1 star for the wrong product sent1 star for poor packaging
