Delicious and Easy to Cook to Your Specifications
I loved this pasta so much. Usually, al dente pasta doesn't taste good or hold its thickness if you cook it beyond the al dente time limit. However, my family and I really prefer a sliiightly more cooked/limper version of pasta than traditional al dente. I was a little concerned that it would break down if I cooked it a little bit longer, but it held up great, was really tasty, and can be used in a variety of recipes. I mixed in red onion, tomato, and feta, and then used a buttery sauce and garlic for some garlic pasta. It was really delicious! I think this would also be great for recipes utilizing Alfredo sauce. Bought another bag I was so happy with it.

Tasty and Reasonably Priced!
I appreciate being able to purchase this spinach fetuccine on Amazon. This item is hard to find. When I do; it is expensive. It is a good value, and a generous amount for the money. The fetuccine cooks well and is tasty!
