This might be my first 5 STAR REVIEW. I love this fan/light. I can’t believe all it does!1. East to install, 2. Has warm and cool lighting, 3.Switch from summer to winter at a touch, 4. More light settings to dim than I will ever use 5. More fan speed settings than I will ever use 6. Pairs with Alexa and my phone 7. Has multiple schedules I can set up 8. Has a timer and sleep mode. I could go on. It is absolutely beautiful. This one is in my bedroom. Getting another for my front room!

I absolutely love this fan! We live in hawaii and have vaulted ceiling’s. We installed the fan ourselves very easily where our old fan was. It moves the air so well on hot days and my favorite speed is the nature mode when having parties. When in the nature mode it makes you feel you are in a meadow with a breeze and then a nice gush of wind. The fan is so quiet and efficient it saves on electricity and doesn’t distract you listening to a humming that other fans do. I will be purchasing three more for my vaulted ceiling bedroom upstairs and our other property. Reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant about people and the comments about the light switch. All fans have to have the power directly to them before it will work with Alexa ,google, and the remote. Not a brain stormer

I ordered two of these fans to replace two existing Westinghouse fans in my home office that had been in use and running continuously for over 10 years with no issues, other than me wanting something more updated. I had both new fans installed by a professional electrician who had also installed those original fans and other light fixtures and fans for me over the years.These new fans were installed on a Friday worked fine, ran quietly, and provided great breezes for me here in sunny hot Florida. Two days later (on Sunday evening) was when the problems started. First of all one of the fans stopped turning completely, then the light came on, and it would not turn off with the remote, and the fan wouldn't turn on again with it until I reset via the wall light switch. The next morning when I went in to check the same thing had happened sometime in the middle of the night (fan stopped light turned on). A few days later the other fan began to behave in the same manner. I even called the electrician back out to have him check and reprogram the remotes, but the same thing occurred a day later on both fans again. Also note, I did not set up the fans to work with Alexa (which is an available feature), since I wanted to make sure they worked properly the old fashioned way before introducing modern electronic devices into the mix. I'm glad I chose to hold off since adding Alexa to the mix could have resulted in a total misdiagnosis of the problem.After also finding a few 'older" reviews with other customers reporting the same problem, I contacted Amazon Customer Service about the issue, and was informed that I can return them for a refund or replacement. Needless to say, I will need to have them uninstalled to do so, but that is my next step.I have also ordered two new replacement fans by a different manufacture which have all good reviews, and will have them installed when the electrician returns to installed the BAD ones.

Very happy about the modern look of this fan, along with all the features!! I mainly bought it for the smart features, which make life so much easier! Being able to simply tell Alexa to change the speed of the fan or to turn the lights on and off - you can't beat it! Not a big fan of the remote, it's a little clunky and the buttons sometimes have to be pressed multiple times. The fan is quiet and produces great air flow. Overall happy with my purchase!

I love the design of the fan and Alexa integration. I put this in our master bedroom and the light simply isn't bright enough to fill the space. The ceiling fan is great for a small bedroom but I wouldn't advise using it in a larger space due to the limited lighting options.Update: the light still works but the ceiling fan does not. This ceiling fan did not even work a year. Do not buy! The ceiling fan does not turn on with either the remote control, app or Alexa. The commands are being sent but the ceiling fan isn’t responding. Overpriced junk!Update: the seller sent me another module and the fan is working again. Updating my review to 4 stars due to the customer service. Thanks!

This is my second unit. The first one went into the family room. This one went to a bedroom. Unfortunately, once the second one was installed, Alexa always treated the second one as the primary. No matter how I changed names or reconfigured. Otherwise, perfect operation.

Pro's: The fan is good looking; relatively easy to install; pretty quiet; provides good airflow and the light is bright.Con: The fan seems to have a mind of its own as, when just the fan is on, it will randomly turn itself off and the light on--which is very annoying (especially when it happens in the middle of the night).I've placed a call to the company's customer support line (which is touted as "ready to serve customers with trained staff") and was forced to leave a voicemail message but have not yet heard back from them.Maybe I just got a bad unit but you might want to consider another brand...

I like the fact it's a smart fan which can be controlled remotely. It has 10 speeds and ability to change the temperature of the light and brightness.
