Nothing wrong with this CMOS battery, except it's only a 2032 wrapped up and attached to a 2-wire connector. A 2032 is a very inexpensive battery, so 10-bucks seems kind of exorbitant. Laptop CMOS batteries seem to all come this way. Still,, other than jury-rigging some sort of a caddy and inserting a cheap 2032, there's not much you can do.They tell you to replace the CMOS battery every 2-years, but I think it's more like an every 3 year requirement. BTW, my laptop is 9-years old and this is the first time I've replaced the CMOS battery, so go figure.
