Q: Will this pump oil when it senses it? When it pumps all the oil from my turbo will it push air into my oil pan ?

It pumps oil when oil is present. Whatever air will be minimal. I have been using it on my rear mounted turbo for a few months and it works great

Q: What PSI is this pump rated for?

I don’t remember we used it for a rear mounted turbo oil, return line, and it worked like a champ

Q: Will it run either direction

It does run both directions. I have mine setup to pump into a temp holding container that the pump is mounted to. When finished extracting, reverse polarity a pump into a larger storage drum.

Q: Wil this pump work for used motor oil?

Yes. We are using it as a oil return line on a rear mounted turbo.
