Q: Are both batteries have to be the same

Instructions don’t mention that as an issue. Personally I just installed this in a boat. Two different brand batteries one regular and one deep cycle. Seems to be working.

Q: Yellow wire-what will it do if we connect yellow wire to ground?what does over ride mean?

It means that it does overright the voltage limiter so it connects even if the voltage is low (motor not running).

Q: is there a wireing diagram available ?

One comes with it but it's pretty self explanatory. The only thing not obvious is the yellow wire connects to ground to override it.... in other words don't connect that one unless you want to override. Black to ground. The market terminal is to start battery.

yes if you look at the wire diagram I believe its a manual over ride it does not need to be hoke up
