These are fantastic! I have an older "submissive" boy, who is a JackChi, he only piddles if he isnt wearing his nappy lol (he gets super excited when I come home and he is fine loose during day without any humans in house. but with these on, its only a random little drip, if he gets woken up by me yelling something to my husband across the room! lol. I feel like it gives his bladder extra support? Only once did he try to pee in the nappy, outside, because my husband forgot to take it off him and he ran outside to pee! ugh. They fit sooo well! Yes, a little too much velcro, by 2 inches.. so the sound annoys me if he gets it caught on the edge of the bed or curtains. Only "sometimes" will he slid them off, if they are on too loose. I felt these are very masculine colors, but he is also black, so looks great in everything. I love how I can just wash them in the sink with a bar of soap and let them air dry overnight. VERY GOOD QUALITY!

I love these. We have purchased two sets so far & will buy more. We have three male Shih tzu's, two of them are older and one likes to mark. The problem is once he does the other two go behind him & mark so it is a vicious cycle. We started putting diapers on the two older ones about a yr ago but changed to wraps recently. The disposable ones were getting really expensive, at about a dollar each. So we decided to try some washable ones. I purchased a couple other brands that didn't fit right, wouldn't stay on (had little velcro) and had no padding (recommended to use a cut sanitary pad).With these I purchased a small, my smallest Shih tzu of the two that wear them is about 10 lbs the larger one is 16 lbs but has a lot of extra fur. It is a bit snug on him with all his fur but when I cut him it fits just fine. So I would say a small easily fits a 10-15 lb dog depending on their coat.They also stay on really well. The velcro is really wide so it gives extra hold. The downside here is that the velcro can get stuck in their fur and sometimes it sticks so well you really want to stabilize your pet to take it off.To save on washing I do use a sanitary pad in them. I buy the cheapest ones I can find and put the whole thing in it. Our marker pees in them on a regular basis and with the pad I have never had a leakage problem as long as I change it out every time he pees. I have never used them without the pads so I can't offer any info on their leakage from that perspective.I have washed them several times. The best way I have found to do this is to velcro them inside out then put them in a lingerie bag. This keeps them from the velcro getting stuck to other clothes or getting tangled up. Then I hang dry them. They look almost like new & haven't shrunk yet, but again I don't use a dryer so can't say how they would do in a dryer.

These bellybands are excellent quality! I have male show dogs and these are a lifesaver. I put the disposable pads inside. They are wide enough that there is no l leakage. Machine washable and I use a small amount of chlorine bleach with detergent. They come out of the washer looking brand new

I purchased a set of these in small for my 19 pound Shiba Inu. He has an anxiety disorder that causes him to want to drink too much water and as an older guy he sometimes can't hold his urine until I can get him out. I was rather doubtful about getting my dog to wear these and them being effective and sanitary but being tired of washing his beds every other day decided to give it a try.The fabric these are made of is really nice. It is soft and the elastic is strong and well padded. The Velcro is very strong. I was very pleased to find that not only did my boy accept them with only a small display of drama the first time, but they actually worked. In spite of his prolific peeing he has remained dry and so have his beds. I did not use any additional pads inside of the garment. The core did a great job all on its own.Not having laundry facilities at home, I have been hand washing them and hanging to dry and they dry fairly quickly.My only issue is that I ordered this n the wrong size. His measurements showed him in the top end of the range for the small size and the garment barely fits. Even with only 1/2 inch of the generous 5 or so inches of Velcro in use the wrap stays put all day but the exposed unused portion is a magnet for all sorts of debris. I think the medium size would be a much better choice.Note to other buyers if your dog is within an inch or two of the top of the size range go to the next size up.

These diapers are awesome! Bought these wraps for my 12 yr old Westie. With other wraps he drags his belly on the floor, causing the diapers to roll down, and then he can wiggle out of them. Not these! They are wider than disposables, have a nice little "pocket" that keeps his boy parts covered, and the velcro is super strong!!! They can be tough to remove, and sometimes his fur gets stuck, but is well worth the effort. I'd rather have the strong velcro than the wimpy stuff that is used on other washable wraps. Someone mentioned in their review that it leaks... I haven't had that experience. Jaxon is a heavy wetter, so I stick a disposable pad inside, and maybe that's the difference? But even without the extra padding they do not soak through to the outside of the diaper. I wash the diapers in warm water then throw in the dryer on "normal" setting. Occasionally the smell doesn't wash out, and I've had to rewash using presoak, borax, and detergent and that seems to work. Overall, best diapers EVER!!!
