My personal chef!
I originally purchased this to take to work for lunch but have also used it several times at home and it works great. It’s like I have a personal chef! I’ve used the timer to have creamy oatmeal for breakfast. After a long work day I was able to make a quick meal like tofu soup and rice or curry and rice while doing something else. Then 30 minutes later dinner was ready. I had a few questions and seller was very responsive and helpful. Glad I purchased this item!

Works!
It’s very well made. I love the stainless steel throughout the inside of this. It’s a bit big for a lunchbox, but it’s worth it for me. It’s nice to have hot meals at work.

So far so good!
I was so excited to purchase and try this out so I could have fresh, hot lunches for work.Upon opening, all the pieces were there, well wrapped and brand new. I washed all the parts and proceeded to test the lunch cooker out.Put 1 cup of rice with appropriate water, 280 ml of water in the main body, cracked an egg and threw some chicken stock and shrimp on there for the little steam compartment above, and then threw in a few green beans from a bag on the top most bowl and hit "rice". 30 minutes later, everything was done!I tested out the vacuum pump as well, seemed to function well. No complaints, hopefully this thing holds up!The only complaint I have is the confusing directions on reheating. In the booklet, it says no water, which will clearly dry heat and damage the pot. I will be trying out the reheat function at work and will be going with the edited version someone else posted on here to assess.

Its Good, If You Use it Correctly
Overall I really like this device. It is very useful for if you want to do a personal hot pot or hot soup at work. I bring mine to work regularly and just plug it in below my desk. By the time lunch rolls around, I've got hot soup or a hot pot. On that front it works great. I would not however recommend it for steaming things. They have another lunch box which is probably a better fit if you're looking to steam rice or curry. This one offers that feature, but I really think this is more apt for its soup and hot pot feature. Last word of warning, be aware of how to use the lids and the mini vacuum and use them well. Remove them before heating, of course. But if you don't use them, this pot will leak and explode everywhere. They come with the hot pot for a reason and you must use them if you don't want to make a mess. Overall it's a great device. It has small flaws and I wouldn't use it every day, but it does the job it is meant to do, and it wasn't incredibly difficult to figure out how to use. The anti burn sensor, while a little annoying, actually proves to be extremely useful in preventing anything from burning to the pot. So overall I'm giving this 5 stars despite the shortcomings because what it does makes up for any issues overall.

Keep having errors
Keeps getting errors when warming up the food and have to keep restarting. Size is good as it has enough space for a full lunch or dinner.

Love it for home or work, but booklet translation can use some work
First of all, this product is amazing even if it can be daunting to test it out. Was looking for an electric lunch box that can cook instead of purely reheating. Some of the other offers for electric lunch boxes can only reheat, and even then, it can take HOURS before reaching safe temperatures. It's best to avoid doing that, with the same reason why you shouldn't use slow cookers to reheat leftovers. The simplest way to look at this lunch box is both a hot pot and steamer, so if you can make or convert dishes to those two types of cooking, you're good to go.The one issue I did have was with the booklet that comes with it. I'm glad it came with both CN and EN versions of the booklet because the EN has some errors when it comes to the cooking table. EN removed some key info and even swapped two columns, which if you followed, will cause significant issues like adding too much water to the food and too little water to boil in the base. Everything below the first line is in the CN booklet, though I have omitted the column with the product # and the column that informed whether it was reheating or cooking style since I considered it redundant.
