Great option for those suffering from gluten
Took a couple of attempts to make the roti. I made the dough in a KitchenAid with mixing hook. Doesn’t require a lot of water, so mix in a little at a time. To roll out the roti use greaseproof baking paper with the dough ball in middle of two sheets. Peel of the sheet and cook in the normal way.

Very difficult to make chapattis with this flour. I suggest the creators suggest an alternative method or added ingredients to use to ensure the flour sticks well
