C-Thru B-70 2" X 12" 8ths Graph Beveled Ruler

I have used c-thru rulers for many years, both for artwork and general use. They are so useful, especially when squaring or making parallel elements. I have several in different lengths and I use them all.

Arrived quickly. And it is Just like the one that I had for 6 years. I would still have it, but I tried to guide my knife with it. Use a flexible plastic rule to guide a very sharp metal x-acto blade, what was I thinking

These rulers used to be made with extremely high standards. I used to own several of them, years ago. This is the second order of these rulers I purchased on Amazon. The rulers in both orders were finish in extremely poor quality. The edges still had the chatter from the router on the bevel and both ends were overly ground down, leaving a very sharp point. To see if this might be a fluke as sometimes can happen on Amazon, I went to Blick Art store to check theirs and I found the same exact bad quality. I also did a little research and found out that the original Co sold to a conglomerate and these rulers along with many other products are made in a factory in China that obviously has poor quality control (not saying everything from China is garbage). I won’t be wasting my money on these ever again.
