I'll be honest, I bought this because I really like the flavour of Royal Jelly Powder (smile), but it does make me feel good when I use it This royal jelly powder gives me energy: I mix a teaspoon in a glass of milk with some honey and the Bee Propolis that I also got. It is a great and energizing drink. Energy is important to me because I have a blood condition that keeps me very tired all day and I hate it, so anything that will help me become energized is great. Holy Cow! If the public knew about this the demand would be such that we would never be able to buy it again. The energy and well being, muscle building, sex drive ect is just phenomenal!!!

This does not dissolve in hot coffee as I intended. However it may work in a blended smoothie. I have not tried that because I use frozen fruit and it’s too cold for that now. I might have to do that anyway. Seems like the only option.

This product Royal Jelly Powder is fantastic. I take it every day and It gives me energy! This is the best and most concentrated type I have tried. It even dissolves easily in water.
