Good Quality
I had a Mother Lode coyote for about 5 years before the material on the top front just disintegrated. So I decided I'd get another - couldn't find the same new anywhere so got this one instead. There's a distinct difference in weight, and it feels substantially lighter than the previous one - hopefully, it'll last and not fall to bits...

Disappointing purchase
Not a great item. I have a couple of Camelbaks, been using. H.A.W.G for over 8 years and it’s still serving me well, just needed more space so I bought a Motherlode. The product feels cheap and not as well made, individual pockets are limited whereas with the H.A.W.G there are plenty of separate compartments. Most noticeably are the wraps, the padding feels cheap and not as resilient. Overall it’s a disappointing purchase, the bladder is a bladder, however I have substituted the one provided for a Osprey bladder that comes with a rigid back that sits nicely. I will keep hold of it, but explore the marketplace more when I next shop.
