Very nice product, indispensable for your espresso machine. No more spilled coffee all around when you tried to empty the coffee holder, it's really makes the process of make an espresso easy. Very handy and recommended it.

Not very happy with this product, it does the job, but it is not easy to use. The knock bar bounces all over the place and easily falls out of place, you have to firmly hold this while using it or it will fall right out.

Great knock box for my home espresso machine. It's small and compact, so it doesn't look junky on my counter. The knock out bar is a rubber type material, so it's smooth for knocking coffee out of the portafilter. I love the non-slip bottom as well, so it doesn't wobble around. Great product.

It was early, 5am early, the sun wasn't up yet and the house was quiet except for the sound of my portafilter banging on an empty coffee can. My wife, bless her heart stood in the kitchen doorway looking a bit confused. I held up a steaming cappuccino and offered a "GOOD MORING SWEETHEART! Covfefe?"A day later a package arrived through the powers of Amazon Prime containing a Cyetus Espresso Knock Box. This thing is quiet. The rubber bar that sits perfectly across the top of the bucket is coated with a soft rubber like material that softens the blow of the portafilter and captures my coffee pucks perfectly. The bucket itself is plastic and also deadens the sound. The price was very reasonable compared to other brands.Now my house is quiet in the mornings except for the sound of the coffee grinder that I just bought.

Sturdy easy to use and holds alot

This knock box is quite large, larger than I had imagined, as it is about 6.5 inches wide at the top. That was less of an issue, though. My issue with it was the bar is so short that it barely stays cradled in the U shaped notches, so as I used it, the bar would slip into the knock box bin. it is solid, anti-slip, easy to clean and a great price. I would have probably not returned it IF the knock bar was longer, even 1/2 inch longer would have helped, or to narrow the knock box by 1/2 inch.
