I didn’t purchase this for seasoning. I got it for gardening. This spring I discovered that moles had tunneled through my gardens and killed my roses. I had spread the cayenne pepper throughout my garden beds. I figured if it rained, some would also leach into the soil (it did). I have done two treatments and have recently noticed the moles have evacuated. As an added bonus, it kept the deer away too! Worked great!!

What do you do when your neighbor feeds the area squirrels peanuts and they keep digging in your potted plants to bury them? You look for effective ways to deter them and cayenne pepper does the trick! A large container like this one provides great value and an ample quantity to keep the squirrels away for a long time.

I can’t brag enough about this product. My cat decided she wanted to use my flower bed as a litter box. I sprinkled this everywhere I didn’t want her. She stayed out and found another spot. I have tried so many expensive products, and this right here was all we needed! This does attract chickens though, so if you have chickens as well, they will he rolling in the area you sprinkle it.

I was curious as to the shelf life viability with food/ seasoning items from Amazon. Not with this cayenne pepper!!! OMG, I took a whiff, (what was I thinking!) My sinuses acted up seriously for over 10 minutes!

This seems to have worked. I sprinkled it on an area where our dog kept returning to dig up plants. She diddo minor digging once after the cayenne was spread out but has not returned since. Another bad habit hopefully cured!

I just sprinkle a little on top of my mulch and keeps the cats from pooping in there so it worked great for me

Good hot pepper for seasoning chili and other foods. Also works for deterring rats and mice from entering. I put some into any rat hole and have spinkled my chicken's food with it to deter rats until I was able to fully wrap the coop. I still sprinkle it around any areas they seem to be entering the yard from as there are bushes in the neighbors lawns they like to hide/nest in.
