Very strong shelf supports .
Used for a long scaffolding board shelf that takes a lot of weight.Very safe and strong.It’s at my daughters house so I am unable to send a picture but they definitely do the job.

Useless
No way to tighten these at all once the rawl plug end is in the wall, they just keep spinning in place, might be ok for a brick/concrete wall, but no good what so ever in plasterboard, the substance most interior walls are made from these days!

Avoid is you have an old house. This would likely work better in modern homes
Not ideal for old Victorian style houses. The depth of the bit that fits into the mortar is not deep enough to hold have of the rated weight limit. No, I am no novice, this is simply not suitable for the rated weight.

waste of money
They are not 10mm as suggested and nor were they very rigid once installed (bouncy shelf). I suggest wasting your money on something more enjoyable.
