Wrong weight sent
I received the wrong weight of cuff. I have contacted the seller now four times and have received no response to get the correct weight. This weight seems to be durable but it’s rather large for a small ankle.

Not weights
I will never rely on reviews again. These are not weights. I do not know what it is. A quarter of a pound of anything is not going to give resistance. Just a belt with some velcro.
