I’ve had this laptop now a year and it’s still going strong. No problems.

Very disappointed. The computer arrived with a dead battery. I’ve tried to charge it and it will not hold a charge. I’m sending it back.

This laptop was in perfect condition, you'd never know it was reconditioned. Super fast, great features, and supports office-level accessories like a USB-C docking station.

Great laptop. No complaints about the size, quality, and performance of the laptop itself. My only complaints: 1) Had to replace the battery because it was nearly caput; short battery life, and 2) the USB-C port failed after the return window closed. Disappointed because there is only one. Would buy this laptop again refurbished but not from this vendor.

Es la segunda que compro y esta venía muy lastimada, pintada con spray como si fuera producto chatarra, la verdad la traje hasta Guatemala y me sale muy caro devolverla, lástima, pero esta vez me quedaron remal.. se suponía que era Refurbished tipo A y este parece tipo ZY para desilusionarme más, calienta demasiado, no puedo ni escribir de lo caliente que está el teclado

The laptop I received from this seller was amazing! It was lacking in bloatware, ready to use, and required all the necessary components you need to get started with all of your computing needs.PROS:-It features a built-in M.2 SSD with 512gb of storage (compiled into 3 sections due to the OS requirements).-Backlit keyboard with adjustable brightness-Good computing power along with 16gb of DDR4 RAM.-Upgradeability (only utilizes a single RAM slot along with having the ability to add a 2.5" drive)CONS-The laptop didn't come with a 2.5" drive mount or cables (if you aren't satisfied with this talk with the ECO-TECH team and they'll take care of you).-You should probably open up the back and take an air duster to it as the CPU fan might have some dust build-upOverall, this laptop is a perfect MACHINE for the average user! Bloatware has been removed, it still operates on Win 10, and has upgradeability for that user that likes to deck out their machine. This laptop gets 5 stars because it is a powerhouse that won't break the bank.

When I received the laptop the battery was at 72%, I proceeded to update my window 10 to windows 11 and with 40 minutes the battery was at 10%. The backlit keyboard continues too turnoff. I looked at a replacement battery from Dell and it's $99. Not sure what else I will find that's not working correctly.
