Easy to replace.
Usually door sweeps don't have replacement parts but the aluminum one from M-D Industries does and are available for a very reasonable amount.

Fit old threshold perfect and was cheap. Note, remove the metal threshhold to install. Seems obvious but sometimes you have those durh moments.
