Essential for Rugby Training – Works Perfectly!
These rugby lifting blocks have been fantastic for our training. They provide great grip and stability, making lineouts smoother and safer. Before getting these, I used a DIY solution by cutting an old water hose into sections as a makeshift lifting aid, which works in a pinch. However, these blocks are definitely a big improvement – they're more durable and comfortable to use. If you're serious about your rugby training, I highly recommend investing in these!
