I have just upgraded to a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and was in hunt for a case to protect my precious new device.During the search I see plenty of cases for pro 8 but they all look like tanks that you can take to war with. I'm just a salaryman that brings my pro 8 around for work. I don't need a weapon that is bulky and heavy.So I bought this case. I'm pleased that it is as sleek as it shows on the photos. It felt sturdy too and the fit is perfect. I also like that it has a see through case back which adds to the professional look of the device.Overall a very good buy for me and I think this is perfect for everyday use.

This is a very nice case for my Surface Pro 8. It protects the edges without being too bulky or heavy. All the ports are accessible: the power cord fits easily in the slot, the USB-C ports are also easily accessible. Prior to purchase I was concerned about 2 things: would the speakers coming down the sides of the device be covered (they are not-the sound is heard without obstruction), and would it fit my Surface Pro 8 from 2022. Most of the cases for this device specifically mention that they are for the "Surface Pro 8 2021 version" as does this one. I couldn't find information to determine whether my SP8, from 2022, would have a different footprint, but took a chance on this case. It fits perfectly. Some reviewers have suggested that this is flimsy around the power slot--well, yes, it's a bit loose there, but I don't consider it to be a problem. Prior to getting this case I had a tendency to accidentally push the power button or close a window by touching the corner inadvertently while handling the device. With the case I no longer do those things. All in all, a great purchase.

Liked1) Easy to setup and very clean case - important is that it as easy to remove as to setup2) Sturdy and clear - protects the SP8 in entirety. I have kids so the accidental fall has already happened.3) Not bulky and quite lightNot like1) I use an additional connector to enable USB B and HDMI connections on my SP8. It is difficult to plug it in as the padding is to thick next to the USB C ports. To use my connector, I had to buy extra chords. minor issue - which i assume will be solved as more and more of the world heads to USB C

If you are looking for a simple case to protect your surface 8 pro from scratches and dings, that doesn't add a lot of bulk to the device, and does not interfere with how the device was intended to be used then this is the case for you.PROS: It fits the device perfectly. There is no added stylus holder that you don't need. The cut outs for the USB ports are sufficient to accommodate any cord or adapter that I have. It does not interfere with the power connector at all. It does not interfere with the factory keyboard allowing it to flip around to the back of the device to easily switch into tablet mode, as was indented by the design of the tablet. Finally it protects the factory kick stand while allowing you to use it as intended and the added thumb tabs on either side actually improve the kick stand by making it much easier to deploy.CONS: The only con that I have is purely aesthetic. I am not a fan of the see through back and would have much preferred that the back was covered in a scratch resistant material like most other cases for similar devices; however, I think that the transparent acrylic looks much better on the device seeing it in person then I originally thought it would.

The media could not be loaded. It's a cool case, gets the job done. My only irritation is how easily the case comes off of the stand. Sure, it snaps back into place easily, but its still annoying. Its fine if you dont apply too much pressure, but the hinge on the tablets stand is pretty tight and sometimes I want it further propped back which requires a little extra force which is too much for the case. It wont happen using two thumbs, buuut i like being able to adjust with one hand. Other than that, its a case thatll do a decent job. Whenever I finally drop my tablet, I'll let you know if the case keeps it safe

If you have a surface pro 8 and want a case that fits, not excessively heavy or bulky Im not sure you can find one better than this. My signature keyboard has no issues fitting while open or folded to the back. The vents are great for air flow and the clear polymer windows in the back add a nice aesthetic to overal look. The composition of the material is nice, not cheap and helps with gripping. The front is raised above your surfaces screen which would help if you drop the tablet. Also theres shock absorption feature as well. I am very pleased with this case and am glad I pulled the trigger on this. My best purchase on Amazon so far. If you have a Surface Pro 8, buy it.

I bought this case for my Surface Pro 8 in June 2023, it’s now March 2024, so I’ve had it about 10 months now and it was great for all that time up until today… the bottom of the case snapped and broke.I was originally very excited to find this case because there are not many cases like this for the surface pros. I’m disappointed it broke… I don’t really want to buy this brands case again to replace it if it’s just going to break again.UPDATE: dropping my star rating by 2 more… I bought this again because my last one broke and this is the only brand I can find that has a decent price case in the style I want for my surface pro. IT BROKE AGAIN! I am so disappointed. Do not recommend.

Very nice clear case for Surface Pro 8. The only problem I see is that even though the top of the case fits snug and protect my Pro well, the bottom part that attaches to the kickstand seems flimsy and comes of the surface a bit when extending the kickstand. Otherwise great case
