Philips Hue White Ambiance Still Smart Ceiling Light [White] with Bluetooth, Works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Homekit

A bit fiddly to fit, but once done I liked the lighting arrangement. Nice and bright instead of being in the dark. We have noticed a couple of things that need fixing, such as when the power goes off and comes back on again the light comes on even if it wasn't on when the power went out. There is a setting in the Hue App to adjust this but it doesn't work. Annoying if the power goes out in the night and your woken up with a bright light.

I got an electrician to fit this, so I can't speak of the ease of fitting. He enjoyed it! I can say that the brightness and controls for this are brilliant. The remote is wonderful as we've installed it in a bedroom, so you can work the light from bed, wake up to a daylight setting, read under a dimmed setting. It's just a really great step forward from a normal bedroom light. LED too of course, so good from the energy point of view.

Excellent light that was relatively easy to install. Control system is responsive. However, it does emit a buzzing sound that's audible when you're within a couple feet of it. Yes, it is earthed properly. Just a small warning to people with standard height ceilings.

Neat and functional. I wanted an unobtrusive ceiling light that was stylish and this ticks all the boxes.Can’t seem to link it to Alexa though😟 as I have hive for all my other light- but no problem to use switch😊

Fitted this light into my son's bedroom. Works perfectly and he loves the remote control option and the various light modes. It was a little tricky to install though, partly down to my ceiling and the rest down to the way you have to screw the cover back on after install. However, all in all a great light and will be installing similar ones in other rooms.
