I like it makes you sweat. I wear a size M and it's a actual fit to size. Comfort and material is of quality 👌🏽 impressed how thick and stretchy the material.

I used this shirt to excercise and It definitely works!! Like sweat just dripping from a short workout to being really soaked on a longer workout. I love it!! I ordered a xl and my normal size is a large to xl. I think it fits perfectly, if i had gotten a large i don't think ot would've fit! At first I was a little skeptical because it seemed to to not have much give but it streched good feels great when you're wearing it!! If you want it a little looser definitely size up a notch or 2. Great quality!!

This really does work! Nice and snug, doesn't roll, and i sweat more; which is what i needed. Yes, its best to size down. I often wear a waist trainer over it when doing cardio, however, the results are still impressive without. Very happy with the results. Thank you Amazon 😊 Please make more colors!

The sleeves are tight on your arms and luckily I read about the sizes. I wear a small, but it stated it is true to size so I ordered a medium. So far, I am enjoying to sweat on the treadmill. It's been a week I am satisfied with the shirt. The price could be less.

Okay so amongst all the reviews I’ve read, I decided to give this shirt a try…I will definitely say this did more than any product I’ve tried out there. Not only did it fit nice and snug but didn’t roll at all unlike other waste trainers etc that I’ve tried, this stayed in place and I got the best sweat out of it. Once I took it off for the night my body felt amazing and held its shape as well as managed to tuck in unflattering rolls that I’ve been working to burn off, this is helping me to sweat the access weight and inches off better without being noticeable at the same time, no one can tell I’m wearing this and it’s doesn’t make any weird sounds when I move around. I LOVE IT and I’m considering buying more so I can change them out when washing laundry so as to always have a clean one on hand. 😍 Fit was perfect, amazing Quality and quite comfortable to wear, was just like wearing a snug undershirt under my regular shirt…would love if this came in other colors to help blend in with lighter color tops.

Worth the money. I normally wear a medium and ordered a medium. I could have probably ordered a small for more compression but I don't think I would have been able to get my arms in it. I worked in the yard to try it out and was soaked! It works!

Shirt fits well, but very hard to take off. Recommend going a size up.

Living in Wisconsin with 20°s and 30° degrees! Great to keep you warm :) I use it while working since my job requires a lot of walking with an additional layer on top if I want to sweat lol My body temperature is relatively cool so it takes me good 30min cardio to start seating.
