The best!q
I’m a professional watercolor artist and this is the BEST product I’ve used! our local art store only had this brand when I was desperate to finish a piece. It was horribly expensive but I needed it. Fate allowed me to find this product!Works beautifully, lightweight, does not goop and dries quickly. Perls off easily. I’ve tried almost every fluid out there and this will be my go to going forward!

Easy to use, not stinky either! Ten stars.
I har so many complain about masking fluid smelling - this stuff works great and has no odor. Cleans up easily (I use an old brush, but it does come off cleanly) and has not ripped any of the papers I have used. I have used it on good (Arches) to student (Strathmore) and mid-range (Fabriano & Grumbacher) it came off cleanly on all of them. Lightly peach tint helps you see where it is applied but it does not stain the paper wither. All around great product. Thank you!

Works well but do a practice piece first
There is a bit of an art to removing the Frisket. It seems to adhere to some papers more than others and pulls the paper up. I've had good results with a gentle rocking motion using a clean, kneaded eraser. Shake very thoroughly, it takes a while to distribute the orange tint. Don't forget to remove it in a timely fashion. I found some old projects and it was firmly bonded to the watercolor paper. Make sure the paper is naturally dried before you remove the Frisket. I've tried to rush the paint drying with a hair drier and it made the paper pull up. I've used Frisket previously so having a stocking label over the instructions was annoying but not critical. I don't know what the second sticker was for on the lid. 9-19 seems like a manufacturing or expiration date. It was nicely fluid so I'm not going to sweat it. The manufacturer says to wash your brush with soap and water but I have never successfully cleaned it from a brush. I use either an old brush, a cheap disposable brush, or the wooden tip at the end of the handle. I would never apply it with one of my expensive watercolor brushes.

Works well
I don't know why I waited so long to get some masking fluid for my watercolor work...this works very well to protect areas so I can get "juicy" with the watercolor on the rest of the paper. I removed it right after the paint dried so no problem removing it.

Best so far.
Of all the masking products I have used in my work, this is my favorite. It flows easily, covers well and removes without damage to the paper. The slight tint helps with application and removal. Recommend.

Works great!
I just used this for the first time. I used an old brush for application & it went on pretty easy. The orange color helps you see it a bit better on the page, but you really have to look at it from the side to see the shiny areas. I let it dry for 24 hours. During the drying period I painted the rest of the page with watercolor mixed with a bit of white gouache. Once that was dry I used a rubber cement pick-up to remove the Miskit. It removed very easily. Now the areas where I applied it thicker the border was sharper, where I applied it thinner the border was a bit fuzzier. I’m going to experiment with it more, but so far it works very well.

Miskit Friskit
This product is wonderful, and hasn't changed in the 45 years since I last used it! It is great for blocking out areas that you don't want to have paint on, making it easy to do multiple levels of illustrations. It goes on easily, is removed easily, and the brushes used to apply it clean with soap and water. I'm glad they still make this product.
