The product appears refurbished.. it's lusterless , dusty and full of scratches.. the cover also is poor.. unlike the usual products with a proper cover.. and there is no return only replacement.. they replaced a bad one with a very bad one..

Product received was used one. Fond lot of scratches and dirts on pieces of the product. Amazon must ensure the quality of the material.
