This is a very nice product. it wraps nicely around your shoulder, like shown in the picture. Its Velcro adjustable for arm size. Adjustable Elastic strap to wrap around to hold it on. I like it. Heats up nicely. The only thing is its a USB plug. Not regular electric plug. I didn't notice that when purchased. (too excited they had this kind of product, I guess!) I used the adapter plug for my phone to use it, but the plug got pretty hot, so I'll have to find the proper adapter plug for it. A nice feature it does have, because of the USB cord, you can hook it up to a rechargeable battery pack (not Included) and walk around with it on. Not tied to a plug in the wall. There is a small pocket on it to put the battery.

It does not heat properly! It does not function as advertised! Can’t really use it! Please send my money back and tell the driver to pick it up D!! It does not work! The heat is extremely mild!

I have issues with both my shoulders and heat reduces the painUSB powered. I use in the car, even on airplanes.Turns off automatically after 30 minutes or so, preventing chance of burns

This item was easy to get on but the heater did not work. The vibrational massager is in a good place for rotator cuff problems and runs a long time. Wish the heater worked.

I have three different types of power packs and neither one of them works with this item. Does not get hot enough on high setting.

Good relief for my shoulder

It would save a lot of time and effort. Some cord aren't capable of fully charge unit. It should have been listed on Amazon cable not included. No charge cord shows product is cheap.40$ is more than enough to include charging cable. It should have been listed on package no cable. No information on when power bank is fully charge. Or how long. So after a few days I finally charge item,my wife is using it it cut off quickly. Again you seem to be cutting corners. She didn't one night used.
