I have used cordyceps before for workouts and immune benefits and been quite pleased with them. I'm not sure why these ones are so expensive as I've not seen the other products I've tried with cordyceps in them be this expensive but maybe I'm not understanding something? I didn't notice any ill effects but equally nothing amazing happened aside from the usual subtle effects of the mushrooms.

Comes in an over sized box with a date stamp of 15/04/27Well i have been taking these daily for a few weeks now and all i can say is im not feeling anything myself.I have had no issues with my stomach with these or any urge to climb up to a high point to spread spores so there is that i guess 🤣I have heard lots about the benefits of cordyceps mushrooms on numerous podcasts like joe rogan so i was intrigued to try this stuff myself but like i said i have not really noticed any change.The price at the time of ordering was £72.19 which is very high and i could not justify spending that much on 60 capsules and even the current price of £68 is still a bit of a shock.

This is probably over packaged. It comes in a large box and each capsule is individually wrapped with acres of space for each capsule. Considering the alarmingly high price for this supplement I would hope that it came wrapped in a Rolls Royce but you can only dream. So basically this supplement is from the Cordyceps mushroom family. I can't find much information about this particular variety but the astronomical price makes me believe it must be rare. At the time of taking this I was suffering from seaonal asthma (hayfever related) I was hoping this might improve my lung function a bit but it had no effect but I do understand the underlying cause is an allergic reaction and this will not neccesarily have an effect in that scenario. None the less for the price I didn't see any specific benefit for myself personally. I will update this and try the remainder when I don't have seasonal asthma and see if I get any improvement then.
