I got these because I get migraines. Sometimes I just need this and a feverfew if I catch it fast enough. I still take them along w/ my prescription which I the latter I try Not to use!

I used B-2 before and it was always pills but this one is in capsule form containing very small pellets. No side effects so far.

I like this product because it offers me what I need riboflavin. I take it for migraine prevention.
