The perfect size for my backing plate.The hook and loop fastening was solid and difficult to remove,so it will stay put.One trip through the washer and the fabric was starting to see some pilling,so they aren't indestuctable.They are a good value for the money and would buy them again.

Used these pads with Griots glass polish to remover water spots. Worked great!!

They work okay, but don't last beyond a few uses, even after cleaning the pad by hand. I'll use them as a hand applicator pad when they're old.

These were a pleasant surprise. Prior, I had engaged Friot's Garage and their 3" glass polishing pads. The GG's were very disappointing in durability. After the first use with CarPro's Ceriglass, they displayed the unfortunate ability to allow soak-through to the pad backing causing degradation. Likewise, the GG's loved to shred, leaving fine particles of the non-rayon material on the glass. Finally, cut was lacking.These are fast to cut utilizing rayon without any of the deficiencies noted with the GG product. Ceriglass was a dream to use with less sling, no shred, and sans soak-through. Finally, you can throw them in the washing machine on hot, dry on low, and they are as-new and ready for another adventure. Fantastic and exemplary, kudos to the manufacturer.

These are not showing much "bite" as I polish my lightly scratched windshield with glass compound. They haven't disintegrated but nor have they helped the scratches to any noticeable effect. Is there a "right" type of felt and a wrong type? Are these truly rayon? IDK They arrive a bit concave, not perfectly flat, but my buffer did not mind-

This worked great for polishing glass using my random orbital sander on low speed. But then I figured I'd pull it off the sanding disk to clean between uses. That's when the felt part of the pad separated from the hook and loop backing on the pad. So my advice is to assume that once you stick it to your sanding disk, it will work great and then self-destruct when you remove it.

Using glass polish and these pads, wiper scratches can be removed. It takes a machine polisher and time. I have a random orbital polisher.I had a haze of wiper scratches caused by beach sand. It took around four hours of polishing. There are lots of YouTube tutorials on the process.I used two pads. They can be washed between use.

Will use on marble. I got the Tenex powder to go with the pads and they seem to work amazingly well together. As a test, I etched a 6X6 Carrera marble tile and re polished it with excellent results. The felt pads fit perfectly on my Dewalt drill and 5" velcro pad.
