Doesn’t work with Arch nor Debian Linux
MyGica, gotta look elsewhere bro. Doesn’t work with Arch nor Debian Linux Even after installing multiple drivers from OpenELEC.Wasted a few hours on this, MyGica.Bummersville. Gonna try a different brand like Huappage.

I didn't think it would work well, but it does.
I got this mainly for running it in Windows using Kodi/XBMC or other front ends. The PVR software that comes with TV tuner cards is always garbage and this is no exception. But the card works great if you set up NextPVR and just use that as the back-end for Kodi. Or you can use NextPVR's UI for viewing video which also works fine. The card had no issues scanning in all of my local channels. I didn't have high hopes for the card, especially at this price point and was ready to instead go with a Hauppauge card but am glad I gave it a shot!

Scanned local TV stations were unwatchable. Interface panel too small.
What few TV stations it recognized after scan were distorted and not watchable. Interactve control panel too small to use. Contacted Gica but they could not fix issues. I have an amplified external antenna.( I got a Hauppauge 1250 & it picks up all local stations.)
