Arena 3D Soft Silicone Unisex Swim Cap for Women and Men, Black, X-Large

This is exactly the cap my son wanted for competition. He is a competitive swimmer and apparently this is the “fast cap” he needed. He’s doing great and dropping time, so I guess along with hard work, proper diet, and great coaching, the right equipment can make a difference.

Will not stay over my ears over the course of a long swim. Needs at least three adjustments (pull-down) for a 40 minute swim.

Unbelievably smooth and without wrinkles! Each cap seems to run a tad differently size wise. The larger you go, the deeper, not necessarily wider.

Web site says it is extra large but the cap I received was tiny. Like it was for a little kid.
