I’m very happy with my purchase ! I thought I was buying an ottoman to just store our blankets in but what I received was so much more !! It has two separate storage areas that provide plenty of space for blankets, pillows , kids toys, etc... I purchased a tray to put on top of it so it can also function as a coffee table . The front storage section lifts upwards and makes it so you can actually use it as a workspace for your laptop/iPad or use with a tray as a TV tray for snacks . It’s sturdy enough that it can also function as an extra seat when needed and is the perfect space to use as a table for family game nights . Amazing !

The media could not be loaded. Love It❣️ Maybe a bit pricey, but honestly it’s So Super Sturdy. Holds more toys than you can imagine. LOVE, Love love the table top side!!! It connects with my sectional near perfectly, making for a nice extra bed for guests. It is Pretty Heavy, but all you have to do is add the legs, that’s literally all the assemblage. I Highly recommend some carpet discs that help your furniture glide if you plan to put it somewhere it will be constantly moved, Because it is So Sturdy it’s hot weight to it that makes it pretty hard to move over carpet.

I love this ottoman. I have never ordered furniture pieces through Amazon but after reading reviews on this I decided to give it a try. I love the color (mine is grey) as it coordinates well with my other modern grey pieces; I truly appreciate that it's a nice size for our space and the quality of workmanship is quite good. The one warning I would share is to not force it to move on carpet or anything that it seems stuck on. Reason: the block that each leg attaches to is MDF and if forced, that MDF will totally disintegrate and the leg will rip out. We are not hard on furniture. I still have a love seat that we bought in the 1990's and its still sturdy and in great condition. Fortunately hubs is a woodworker and after pulling staples out and folding back the dust cover (which was nicely attached I might add) he was able to pull out the disintegrated MDF block and replace it with a real wood block after inserting the screw head that the leg attaches into. So it is repaired & I am pleased. However, we noted tonight that a second leg will likely need the same treatment. I am impressed with all the rest of this ottoman, I just wish they would manufacture that critical spot with real wood. We will be putting 1.25 inch slider/glider caps on the legs to avoid any other chance for damage.

The slate grey color has a bit of brown/green to it but it works for me. The legs are easy to install and the compartments are spacious. When lifting up the table-like side, you have to have skinny legs or a low couch to fit under it because it doesn’t raise very high. I do like that there is a locking mechanism so the “table” doesn’t close when you’re using it. It is very heavy and study. My one issue (which doesn’t affect the rating) is that the seams on the tufts are sewn inconsistently. Some lay flat to the left and others to the right. But not a big deal since I really like how well everything else was made.

This is nice quality for the price! After going back and forth with my husband on buying it for months we finally decided to pull the trigger! So glad we did! It was a nice upgrade from our previous coffee table. This now fits perfectly in our space. Love the storage. Perfect to throw blankets and seasonal decor in. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

Solid piece of furniture, glad I bought it. I use the pull up part as a desk when I work on my couch and the storage is pretty deep. I have a baby who’s learning to climb and pull on things so it’s great that these don’t slam shut and have locks. Only warning I have is to not worry about whether you need an experts assembly or not. The only thing we had to put together were screwing the feet onto the bottom and that really was just twisting them on.

We wanted something to compliment our new furniture and this is perfect. You can't even tell that it didn't come with our sectional. The one side pulls up so my husband can do school work sitting on the couch and the other has an entire side for storage. Only thing we had to do was put the feet on, otherwise it was already put together. Would recommend this item! My dog (50 pounds) has sat on it and it is quite sturdy. Doesn't wobble or anything.

This is a sturdy piece of furniture! Only assembly was adding legs - it took longer to bring in house. Slate Gray is exactly as pictured. Note the top is firm with a slight give - perfect for placing a tray on to hold decorations or a bottle of wine & glasses. If you are looking for a softer place to put your feet up, this might not be what you are looking for.Was concerned purchasing furniture online.. I was very pleased with quality and cost of ottoman, cannot beat free shipping on something that comes in a 36 x 36 inch box and weighs over 50 lbs.Would not hesitate to purchase from Simpli Home in the future.
