Although the price is higher than most of other California sushi rice, the taste is so much better than them.

Delicious Japanese rice!
The rice was delicious as I expected.Much better than US grown Japanese short grain rice.

Soapy flavor
Must have got a bad batch. We ended up throwing it away. Wife said it tasted like shampoo. We always buy Japanese rice and saw this priced pretty well but it was not worth it.

Bad storage conditions
The rice bag came with dead and live bugs inside and outside. But could not return.
