Not suitable for reducing pressure changes during landing.  It can be used for sound reducing during travel, for meditation, Study, Loud noise events like concerts, marriage functions, sleep, snoring, traffic, Biking travel & also for shower, swimming etc.

For reducing pressure changes during landing in air travel, you should use EarPlanes (Adult & Kids) which are specially designed earplugs for ear pain relief caused by the rapid changes in cabin air pressure in airplanes when taking off and landing, reliving discomfort, clogging, and popping by naturally filtering and regulating air pressure.
EarPlanes consist of two elements: a hypoallergenic silicone ear plug and a ceramic pressure regulator. The silicone earplug has four circumferential rings which provide an airtight seal between the product and ear canal. The ceramic element is a controlled porosity filter, one end of which is exposed to the external cabin pressure, with the opposite end exposed to the sealed chamber formed when the ear plug is inserted in the ear. Thus, as the cabin air pressure changes, a pressure differential is created across the ceramic filter, thereby causing air to flow through the filter. The air pressure changes induced by the aircraft's descent are too rapid for the blocked Eustachian tubes to adjust properly. Discomfort is reduced because the air pressure difference on the exterior and interior of the middle ear is lessened allowing the Eustachian tubes to function more normally.

It is reusable & can be used multiple times. Always use it with clean & washed hands to avoid it being dirty. Replace it when it becomes dirty. The frequency of usage can be based on the application it is used, for eg. when used for sound reducing for meditation, Study, Loud noise events like concerts, marriage functions, traffic, swimming, shower etc. When used for sound reducing in industry or factory it has to be used till is not dirty. So it can be reused according to the purpose of usage.
