Excellent and correct halal product.
I previously ordered this item from another amazon vendor and got the incorrect item (non. Halal). This vendor gave me the correct halal product. Very good indeed.

Delicious when used to make a sauce with other ingredients.
I add a tablespoon to a sauce that I make using minced garlic, sweet chilli sauce and soya sauce. This is used to marinate tofu. I would recommend.

Good container & gochujang!
The container was designed fantastically to support using the gochujang for 2 months atleast.The instruction was clear in regards to how to open it.The only gripe would be that it isn't too spicy.

For BBQ foods
Dont use this like tomato ketchup it's for BBQ foods as it's a savoury taste.Very good, authentic south Korean halal certificate. However I gave it 4/5 as one of the ingredients is fructose corn syrup - which I'm really surprised as this is banned in Europe, due to being linked with cancer, I'm very surprised that south Korea allow this ingredient to be used.I used this in a compound butter for steaks
