The box was damaged and the bottom of the box was completely soiled.This product is not returnable and no refund can be issued by Amazon either.

The media could not be loaded. The packaging was good, nice scent, overall a good product. Totally worth it in this price range. Loved the product.

Makes a nice gift
Bought it as a gift. Looks, feels and smells premium. Comes in a frosted glass with a wooden lid as exactly shown in the picture. The packaging is different from here, but that's good too.
