The media could not be loaded. I used to make pelmeni completely by hand and it would take a lot of time.It is now very easy to make it in a short time with this product. I also bought one for my mother. Mine is not currently available on Amazon but seems the same material and quality.The edges are sharp so the dough is sealed and comes out easily.I don’t put it in the dishwasher. Only wash it by hand.

Will oxidize in the dishwasher
Hand wash only. Don’t use in dishwasher the heat will cause it to rust.I cleaned off the aluminum rust with good ol’ vinegar, but it gave me a scare that I had lead poisoning

It is a must-have kitchen gadget if you like ravioli.
Very efficient! My son loves ravioli and it takes less them 15 mins to make beef ravioli for him with this mold. Very easy to use and sturdy!

Terrible quality
Cheap metal. Pieces of metal chip off onto your dough. I don't care if it is so called "high quality" metal, I don't want to eat it!Ironically, I thought metal would be superior to plastic in terms of health. I now regret that decision. But I waited to long to try this out and the return window has closed.

A bit tricky
This is exactly like the pelmenitsas I grew up using. It takes a little acclimating to get used to using one again but over all a great solid product

Perfect for Russian Dumplings
Has held up after making over 400 dumplings so far. Cleans up great in dishwasher. Sturdy and great quality. Highly recommend.

Dumplings covered in Aluminum dust!
Awful product! I washed it before use, but when we made pelmeni they were covered in metal dust. I washed the mold few more times, same outcome. I don’t want my family to consume aluminum dust. It is a great idea, but very poorly made. If you care about your health and your loved ones, do not purchase aluminum pelmeni ( dumplings) mold. The dust can be seen around the edges of the pelmeni, if you enlarge the pic😞☹️ Returning!!!!
