Poor design, doesn’t quite fit the elvie, significant drop in succion
Marketing is misleading: it DOES partially block the upper holes of the elvie (the ones giving it its succion). That said, sizing is right, it works, but does significantly lower succion. I didn’t cut it as it’s good enough for my purpose (I have an oversupply), but it may make a significant difference for underproducers. I got about half of what I usually get with my spectra, in twice the time. They could likely easily fix this problem by doing a sharp external slope on the pump side opening of the silicone, I don’t know why they didn’t just mold it like that, seems simple enough, *especially* for small nipple sizes. Beware.

Avoid if you value your milk supply
I have 2 boxes of these duckbill valves, one ordered in November and the other ordered this week. I swapped out my old valves for the November box and noticed the suction was dreadful, accompanied by my pump making a strange hissing noise. On investigation I noticed that the duckbills didn't have a proper seal, even though brand new. Opened my new box (as pictured, straight out of the pack) and they also have visible gaps. Returned the one box, sadly too late to return the November box too!

Pas hyper solide, au bout du 3eme lavage, la vanne c'est déchirée...Update (12.01.21 ): Nul nul complétement nul! les quatre se sont déchirè très rapidement, en 2 mois il ne m'en reste plus une seule....
