Just screw them on, do not remove existing valve core.

There sure is. Send them both back and ask for replacement because they are faulty. Amazon guarantees replacement of anything you purchase from their site. Makes no difference who the maker/supplier is.

Q: Can these be used with rubber valves ?

They screw on to the top of the valve stem. Yes, I used them on my rubber valve stems.
