Pathetic
The after sales service is pathetic, have been following up with them since I received this product, no one cares to respond. Even if they will, they just say that they will look into it and give an update, I even posted a thread on twitter and guess what no one cares there too. Not sure about the product but the customer service is pathetic and once you buy it there is no way out.

The delivery was done as per the promise, and the item was easy to set up (though a bit heavy). I have been using it since December, and it is very stable. Built sturdy, and the noise levels are also very low. Overall, a very good purchase.
