The standard size for a dispenser is half this size, for 1 pint. The only thing that would slow down your desire to use this whipped cream dispenser every chance you got would be the chore of cleaning the tank.Cleaning the fixtures (head and spray tips) is easy, plus it comes with a special brush for reaming out the tips. So that part of cleaning is already easy. It is the deep tank that could be a problem and, if it was a problem, you would not want to use your dispenser very often, only when you really needed whipped cream (or needed it for injecting fillings, etc.).The tank is deep with a small opening at the top. An ordinary kitchen bottle brush can be used but not very easily due to the depth of the tank. So even if you have a bottle brush, cleaning the tank could still be a chore. And any kind of chore means less use. The bigger the chore the farther less of the use.The brush I have recommended I use myself and it makes cleaning the tank of this 1-quart dispenser SO EASY that it only take a few minutes to clean it completely, so easily that you will be making whipped cream ALL THE TIME. You will always have a quart of fresh heavy whipping cream on standby in your refrigerator. I usually have two on standby.You can buy premade powdered sugar, but I like to powder my own. 4-8 tbs of sugar (I use Colombian turbinado, but any favorite will do) which powders up in about 30-seconds to a minute using a Magic Bullet. If you don't have a LARGE funnel, then you can take a sheet of paper and roll that into a quick cone so you can dump your powdered sugar into the dispenser tank. 4 tbs of sugar is very mild, I often use 10 myself.Next pour in half of the quart of heavy whipping cream and stir that around a bit. I use one of a pair of Chinese cooking tongs (long chopstick), but you can use anything long or just shake or swirl it around so all the sugar begins dissolving in the cream. Stirring is the most efficient.Then add 4-8 tbs of vanilla extract (I use Madagascar Bourbon double-fold; but your favorite is best). Pour in the rest of your quart of cream and stir, shake, and/or swirl, mixing everything up thoroughly for best results. If you do not have vanilla extract you can go without it , but it is infinitely better with it. If no vanilla extract, I would consider upping the sugar component.You could skip the stirring if you don't have a good stirrer, which just makes the mixture of the ingredients much more efficient. Ultimately, after all of the ingredients are in and you have screwed on the dispenser head, you shake it all up vigorously about 8-10 times, several more if you didn't bother to stir earlier.Then it is ready. For this extra large dispenser I usually use two chargers. One will do for a 1-pint dispenser and you can get by with one for this larger 1-quart dispenser, but two can be better. The slight issue is that the first sprays of whipped cream with two chargers comes out with such force it could be overwhelming.You might want to do just one charger initially to see how that goes. I just start with to chargers and try to avoid blasting whipped cream all over the place. But two can become unruly sending whipped cream down through your desserts, around inside your dish or bowl and even out onto the countertop instead of just on top. I don't mind when a new batch goes down through my dessert as well as on top. It's kind of a nice feature.If you did not stir enough or shake enough when mixing the ingredients, you will notice fine granules of sugar in your whipped cream. This makes it not completely smooth, but if it happens it is still kind of a nice effect and does not really detract from the whipped cream. Certainly, it is a treat that you do not get in store-bought whipped cream or any you make with a whisk by hand or electric mixer. By the time it has been sitting around for a while in the fridge the granules soon get dissolved anyway.This whipped cream is almost like a complete dessert. You could enjoy a bowl of it all by itself. It is nothing ordinary like canned whipped cream from the store and no hassle like the old fashioned way of whisking violently in a mixing bowl for a half hour or using an electric mixer for a twenty minutes. Doing it that way I hardly ever made whipped cream. Huge chore factor.It should be illegal for high quality whipped cream to be made so easily. While I suppose it is possible that other brands could be as good, I don't believe that there is a better whipped cream dispenser than the ZOEMO All Metal Steel Whipped Cream Dispenser 1 Quart - Professional Culinary Cream Whipper.This dispenser is heavy duty, suitable for the commercial rigors of a restaurant or bakery, but I just have it at home. It also comes with the accessories you might use at a restaurant or bakery for non-whipped cream uses. You can inject custards and fillings into baked items like making filled donuts or eclairs. It has plenty of uses that you might favor, but I keep mine very occupied making batch after batch of the highest quality whipped cream that can be made.To me it seems like it IS the best and the standard to which all other dispenser should be compared. Start with the best. Amazing Product and Customer Service
First off i want to say what amazing customer service this seller has. i was originally shipped the non upgraded version with no grips and plastic tips. i emailed the company and got a response within 10 minutes! they were sorry the item that was shipped to me was not the item i purchased and corrected it by sending me the correct one right away and i got it within a day.now for the product.the item is built well and does not leak. i have no problems as others have with getting the cartriges out and it is so easy to take apart and clean. does the job perfect and looks great! i will be using it as much as i can to expand my culinary expertise. i have used professional ones a time or two and this is just as comparable.THANK YOU Highly Recommended!

Best cartridge-piercer on the market!
I've used several brands of these whipped cream makers, and all of them have had a big problem: TWISTING the thing!Some of them are a serious problem where you have to twist so hard you could seriously injure your hand, and most do not even have the grip to even allow this, forcing you to find a piece of rubber or anything to help you grip and twist as HARD as you can, and of course you have to do this with every single cartridge. Some brands even force you to twist at some faulty angle or make sure the threading stays perfect, all while twisting with all of your strength. Now I can say quite happily that I have finally found one that does not have this problem! It stays threaded when screwing down, does not pop around to the side or force the cartridge to move out of place, and it twists like a dream. SO EASY! What a lifesaver. Tip top recommended!! Your hand won't even know the pain and hardship is had been spared if you choose this brand first. One less problem that's been bugging me for years. What a lifted weight! 12/10 will never buy another kind ever again!

Aluminum, not stainless steel
The dispenser looks nice and sturdy, but I had to return it unused because it is made from aluminum, not stainless steel as stated in the description. The box and the instructions both say it's aluminum.

Great Fresh Whipped Cream Maker
We wanted to make our own whipped cream. We could this ZOEMO, "1/2" size model. Never knew how easy it is to make fresh cream! This model is just the right size for us. Not as large as the traditional ones and the ZOEMO fits on the frig door. Solid, well built, metal canister and top. The tips are plastic, but they are just a guide to spray the cream. Works great!Recommend that you order charges (need to make whipped cream) when you order this since it does not come with any. Also, order a bottle brush too. Helps to clean out the metal canister. You will get smaller brush to clean the plastic nozzle. Very easy to clean. Very easy to make a tasty, fresh whipped cream. I highly recommend this!

Poorly engineered
I missed the return window which is too bad for me; tried to use this product for the first time last night and charge canister doesn’t fit properly.

Where the recipe booklet
The canister is as described and works well however it was to come with a recipe book (arriving a little while later). I had completely forgot until the wife mentioned it. That is why this review is late. I was to write it when the pkg was complete.
