Quality Chaga
I like the quality of the product, that it is wild harvesting (how cool is that?) and no spurious additives. Look forward to ordering again. Keep up the good work!

Amazing!
I only just got this today and I have only had one mug of the tea but after about 15 minutes I instantly felt relaxed more calmer and less anxious. The usual things that would bother me or sit on my mind simply just faded away. I highly recommend this product for anxiety relief and is an essential for self care/self healing support

High-quality Chaga Powder
As an amateur mycologist and herbalism student, I've read a lot about the healing abilities of chaga - not technically a mushroom, but a fungus that grows on wild birch trees. It has proven benefits in boosting immunity, fighting viruses, reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, and even has promise to fight cancer (although this has not been proven in human studies, only in vitro). It's a generally safe supplement with no negative side effects and a plethora of benefits.Erbology's chaga powder seems to be a high-quality product - it is sustainably wild harvested in Europe, and lab-tested to ensure a beta-glucan level of 7%. Beta-glucans are not the only beneficial compound found in chaga, but they're a source of many of its beneficial effects including immune support, lowered cholesterol, and anti-inflammatory properties. Because this product is not an extract, the best way to optimize bioavailability of beta-glucans and other beneficial compounds is to do a simple extraction yourself by simmering or steeping the powder in hot water for 30 minutes (as recommended on the packaging). Personally I don't feel an acute effect from chaga (or most other mushroom supplements) but a subtle increase in my energy and mood over time. I also feel like I recover faster from illness since adding this supplement to my routine - especially important these days! The only potential negative effect comes with taking chaga over long periods of time, as it contains high levels of oxalate, which can build up in the system and contribute to kidney stones. If you're already prone to kidney stones or kidney disease, I wouldn't recommend regular use of chaga. As with any supplement, it's best to consult with your healthcare providers before adding chaga to your routine.

Wild harvested. 7% beta-glucans. Quaity Chaga Mushroom Powder.
There is much to like about this mushroom powder. They note on the product label that it contains 7% bera-glucans (one of the compounds found in mushrooms that may offer potential health benefits, like boosting immune systems, cardiovascular and cellular energy management). The ingredient list states that it has 100% dried wild chaga mushrooms, in fact: "Wild harvested in the Baltic region, Europe". No additional fillers. The only thing missing from the label is certifications/badges for cGMP and/or 3rd Party Lab Tested. These badges/certifications would probably have this product near to a 5 star rating.Still, I find this to be an exceptional offering of Chaga Mushroom powder. Chaga Mushroom is one of the group of mushrooms that I consume daily (in supplement or powder form). It looks and tastes exactly as expected. Accordingly, it earns a 4.75+ star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

Excellent Chaga Powder
The Chaga powder in this product is absolutely perfect. It's a deep dark brown and is exactly what I expect to see when I buy Chaga powder and I've bought a lot of it over the years. I love Chaga mushroom (though technically it isn't really a mushroom but a fungus that grows naturally on Birch trees in colder climates) and consume it daily. It is a powerfully potent anti-viral and anti-carcinogen and I haven't been sick with anything since I started taking it and that's been several years ago. I live in the Deep South where Chaga doesn't grow so I have to buy it. I've purchased it mainly in powder form. I've been mixing it with a blend of other healhy mushrooms and adding it to my morning coffee and that works well too but stirring is required before each swallow of coffee. This seems to be very good quality Chaga mushroom powder and I'm glad I got the opportunity to review it.
