Best teapot for travel
This is the best teapot out of all the teapots I own. It’s stainless, it’s thick, it’s durable, and it has a good filter screen. It holds roughly one water bottles worth of water and I’ve used mine almost two years. It’s traveled with me enough miles to circumnavigate there globe literally three times over. My only complaint is that if it wasn’t for the plastic handle, I’m sure you could use it on an induction cook top.

A sturdy metal teapot that could last a lifetime.
This is a great steel teapot for tabletop use. It is not insulated, so the exterior does get hot, but the handle is made well and keeps your hand safe. I find tea stays sufficiently hot for my drinking habits. It feels sturdy and likely to last approximately forever, and I don't have to worry about chipping the spout if I drop it (like I did with my previous ceramic forlife teapot). The mesh for the strainer is relatively fine, but I tend to use the pot with tea bags for easier cleanup and to avoid steeping my tea too long. The pot is relatively easy to clean, but since the lid is attached it would be somewhat awkward to fit into a dishwasher. The lid will also get very hot so if you want to remove a tea bag so that the tea does not oversteep, I would recommend leaving the lid open during steeping.Update:i've figured out how to fit it in my dishwasher, and it's much easier than washing it by hand (and does a better job to boot). It's a little awkward (you can't squeeze it in to a totally full dishwasher), but it works, and gets out the staining that can build up around the edges when you wash by hand.

Durable, easy tea pot
Very well constructed of solid metal, so it won’t chip! Filter is permanently built into the pot - which may sound like it would be hard to clean, but the top opens the width of the pot, so it is easy to swish the tea out. Also works great with teabags. This pot holds about a mug and a half.

Design needs to be improved. But it's still functional
Not impressed with the design of the lid - especially for the price. The lid is heavy, and it's very hard to lift the lid by pushing on a small tip. Definitely a flaw in design.

This teapot looks good but is unsafe
This teapot looks good but is unsafe. Because it's stainless steel, you can burn yourself as the container gets very hot when you are steeping tea or keeping hot liquids.

Seems to make weak tea
For some reason, the tea I make in this is weaker for the same measure and time than what I steep in a cup or most ceramic teapots. I have no idea why--I use mostly whole leaf teas when I make tea. I think it may be the shape because the rests at the bottom and the water doesn't circulate through as well as in a rounded pot.
