I put this in my coffee every morning. Stir with one of those little wire fast spinning devices to get the lumps out and if the coffee is Really hot it should blend well. Or in a smoothie or protein shake

Damages made a mess
I had to throw it away. It literally the minute I opened up the Amazon sack. It went everywhere and I was really looking forward to trying this because my doctor recommended it to me.
